Eversince I got you in my life, I feel fortunate. Fortunate that I am still loved and cared for. Fortunate that I have someone to fall on when I'm down, when I am sick. Fortunate enough that I will never forget God's greatest powers and HIS ability to treat all of us in much fairness (though at times we always feel that LIFE can be pretty unfair....) but its all with a reason right? And becoz of HIM, you came into my life. Syukur alhamdullillah.
The day(s) I have had working at PS has been hectic and somehow the pressure and the workload is slowly taking its toll on me. I could still clearly remembered how I got that painful shock up my spine whilst shopping in Dalian, China last Feb. I stood still for a good 10mins. By time I got to a doctor in Singapore, I was diagnosed with a slip disc, minor. Dr Bone had warned me to take good care else if the disc slipped, I don't have an option to go under the knife.
Today, I experienced it again. The pain was on and off while I was on the way back with Abg Tofik from Causeway Point until I reached the carpark at home and stopped Sparzy, I sat still on the bike and couldn't move. It was that very same pain I got back in China. I wanted so much to cry out aloud but I couldn't for I fear that I might just freak out Abg Tofik. I kept still for a few minutes and waited for the pain to go down when I slowly made my move off Sparzy. Abg Tofik parked for me. I was walking as tough my body was tied to a plank. So stiff.
Anyways, despite all the pain, I felt okay. Coz Abg Tofik was there. He rubbed my back and told me to buy koyok, helped me fix the ironing board so I could iron his clothes for work and do little things that I can't coz I can't bend down or walk too fast.
So all I want to say is, Abg Tofik... thank you for always trying to be there most of the times. For me. It's always a wonderful feeling to have you by myside. I'm sorry if I somehow made you worried but I will try my best not to ok. Right now as I type this, I know you are already snoring coz I can hear you. Soon enough you will read this when you are back from work tomorrow...
